Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At IPTV Pakket, we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our service. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download/streaming, we generally offer refunds only under specific conditions once the order is completed and the activation details have been sent.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

We will happily issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

• We are unable to resolve a technical issue that prevents you from using the service.
• The service is completely down for more than 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same subscription in error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

• User Internet Issues: If your internet speed is too slow or unstable to stream HD/4K content (we recommend at least 30 Mbps).
• Device Incompatibility: If you cannot set up the service on your device, but our support team has provided the correct details.
• Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the subscription after activation.
• Wrong Channel List: If you are unhappy with the specific channel lineup (please ask for a trial or check the list before buying).

4. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please contact our support team at [email protected] or use the contact form. Please include your Order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to review all requests within 24 hours.

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
