Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly when you place an order via our email form. This includes:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if you choose to provide it)
  • The service and plan you selected

This information is collected and saved to a text file on our server via the `save-order.php` script to process your order.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

  • To process and fulfill your order.
  • To send your IPTV login credentials to your email address.
  • To communicate with you regarding your order or customer support inquiries.
  • For internal record-keeping.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. All information is stored securely on our server and is only accessible by us for the purpose of fulfilling your service.

WhatsApp Orders

If you choose to order via WhatsApp, your communication will be handled through the WhatsApp platform and will be subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. We will use the information you provide on WhatsApp only to fulfill your order.

Newsletter

At the bottom of every page you can sign up for updates and offers. All we ask for is your email address. We store it, together with the date, your language and the page you signed up on, in a text file on our own server. The file is not publicly accessible and we do not share it with anyone.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We keep the address until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing sales@iptvpakket.net, and we will delete your address. To protect the form against misuse we also keep, for at most two hours, a hashed (scrambled) code of your IP address; it is not linked to your email address. If we later use an external service to send the newsletter, we will update this policy first.

Your Consent

By using our site and placing an order, you consent to our website's privacy policy.
